How long will delivery take?
For UK Delivery it is usually around 3-5 working days! Orders made on Saturdays & Sundays won’t be processed/dispatched until Monday. So if your order was made on a weekend please allow 3-5 workings days starting from Monday.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! Once the payment has gone through you should receive an invoice via email. If you do not receive one please check your spam folder as they sometimes end up there! If it is not in your spam folder please drop us an email using the “Contact Us” page and we’ll resend it ASAP!
What are the Delivery Charges?
For the UK we charge £3.99 Per Order. This includes tracking. Tracking information will NOT be provided with your order, however if you request tracking information we will happily provide it for you.

Is my information safe?
Our shop is secure and all of your information is protected. We do not sell information to third parties and we have security systems to prevent stolen information.
Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes! if you would like a VAT invoice please do get in contact with us and we will happily provide you with one. Please not that coffee is a VAT free product, therefore, the vast majority of the products with have on this site are VAT free. If you would still like a VAT invoice then we will happily send one.
